Avoncroft Museum of Historic Buildings

Travel back in time at the Avoncroft Museum, around 700 years in fact! Not only will you learn lots about English history but there’s 19 acres of beautiful countryside for you to explore and a whole host of lovingly restored historic buildings to enjoy.

Kids will love letting their imaginations run wild while exploring the medieval town house or riding the miniature railway. Parents, don’t you go missing out on the fun! Let your inner child free and have ride around the track too!

The weird and wonderful National Telephone Kiosk collection is home to 32 telephone kiosks, that’s every type used from 1912 to the present day! The collection even has its very own tardis, so Doctor Who fans climb inside and imagine you and the doctor are on a mission to save the world!

Relax and enjoy some lunch with family and friends at the award-winning Edwardian Tea Room, which uses fresh produce straight from the museum’s own period gardens. Or take home something to remember your day by with a souvenir from the museum, it’s full to the brim with interesting books, retro games and fun toys, you’ll be spoiled for choice!

Discover this beautiful area of Worcestershire, with wildflower meadows, orchards and plenty of wildlife.
